You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return.

The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the return method and number of items

We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached, except for non-returnable items.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes addresses.

The warehouse may require a processing period of 1-3 days, which is required to process your order from the date that it is placed.

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when good you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you check.
